Below are listed the basic summaries of each of our 2024 policies. Please review these carefully. We will be posting the full versions as downloadable PDFs to replace the old ones listed on the bottom of the page as our website undergoes more updates.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
All services provided have a 24 hour refund window after we make first contact with the client, not from the moment your purchase is made. Distinguished Creative LLC will attempt to contact you within the 24 hours following your store purchases. If we are able to contact you, and you agree to have the services done and the 24 hour window passes after we discuss your order, the charges for the order become non-refundable. The exception to this is unless you are not satisfied with the final product post completion, which you get to preview for review prior to sending it to you, and we do not have time to correct it based on your deadline. The time between the 24 hour window expiring and completion of the project is when a refund cannot be issued, and if you are satisfied with the project after our preview and review upon completion, then a refund cannot be later issued after. The sale would be final.
If we are unable to contact you, any work on your new order will be put into a wait que until we are able to reach you. This will allow us to focus on other projects on our client list while we wait to hear back. If you do decide to cancel the order within the 24 hour window after we are able to contact you, then you will be refunded. Alternatively, if we attempt to contact you and do not hear back within 5 business days to begin discussions and work on your order, we will automatically refund your amount. Any project work we ever complete leading up to a refund will not be distributed to a client , as funds would have been returned to the client. Distinguished Creative LLC reserves the right to use some of the unfinished project from a refund for website examples, but will not directly sell the components of the project if it contains any media supplied by the client.
TERMS OF SERVICE:
Use of this website is only to be for the enjoyment, engagement (including any created forums and comments), and purchase of content from Distinguished Creative LLC. Use of any purchased services listed on the Distinguished Creative LLC store are permitted for your needs (minus exceptions listed below), be it personal reasons or for commercial reasons, so long as payment was received and not refunded. The exact layout of this website, including original images used, and the descriptions on each service offered, may not be duplicated by a user of the website for commercial purposes.
The name Distinguished Creative LLC, its affiliated products, original studio content, and any specific names of products may NOT be used outside of Distinguished Creative LLC for commercial purposes unless a form of licensing is granted to a site user from us. Distinguished Creative LLC owns its name and website domain. Distinguished Creative LLC prohibits content from being produced by us for the following: Content that incites violence, pornographic content, hate speech, discrimination, harassment, misinformation, and endorsing specific political candidates (we do not associate our business with political views).
PRIVACY POLICY:
Any billing or personal information you submit is protected and secured through our payment services partner, Stripe, and the multi-layer AES-256 data encryption technology utilized through them, as well as the built in SSL website encryption provided through our Squarespace online store. Distinguished Creative LLC will never share your email, phone, address, or any other contact information with anyone or with a third party, and any additional personal information, payment information included, falls within the same protections. Your data is only collected for the purposes of sending you marketing emails, newsletters, purchase confirmations, direct communications between us and you, or gathering payment information for purchases. ENDORSEMENT POLICY:
Any content that Distinguished Creative LLC agrees to create for you, the client, is able to be used for whichever needs you see fit, provided it follows the guidelines above for restricted content in the Terms of Service. Distinguished Creative LLC does not actively promote, endorse, or market your product or service for you on our end, unless you have entered into a partnership with our company. Being a recurring client does not equate to being in a contractual partnership with Distinguished Creative LLC.
