If I want to purchase a service and then additional services, are there additional requirements?
When you purchase any of the services we offer, we personally meet with you on a video call. On the call we will get to learn more about you and your project needs, and from there we will ask a checklist of questions. The questions serve to give you a quote for our services based on your answers.
Is there a maximum price that I would be charged for a service?
Yes, but final amounts can and will vary based on your needs and the quote we generate for you based on those needs.
Can I order more than one service at a time?
Absolutely! You can order as many as you want, but just note more additions to your order can cause longer times for the project to be completed. Regardless, we are here for YOU. Any extra needs will be factored into your final price quote for services performed.
How long does a service take to complete?
It depends on what the service(s) is as well as the requirements you want to have done for the service. A simple photo shoot and edit order could, for example, take as little as two days or less in most cases, where as a video reels could take longer due to factors such as potential travel, your specifications, your deadline, etc. No matter the service, we will work with you to find a deadline that meets the needs of both you and us.
Do you offer any membership programs?
We are currently building a members only section of our website, called “The Butler’s Club”, where you can gain access to exclusive content, royalty free content for use in your work, promo codes, and more! The section will be available later in 2025 for a $9.99 per month fee.
Does Distinguished Creative LLC keep all of your footage, images, or other content?
No. When your project is complete and we have already received your payment, we delete any and all files associated with your project, including any original versions sent to us by you to edit. The exception is only if we want to use some of it for website promotional material. Distinguished Creative LLC will never use any of your project material outside of featuring small samples on our website, unless we have gotten signed permission from you when delivering your finished project.
Why do you charge quote based pricing for your main services and subscriptions?
We charge quoted rates due to realizing it was the better business model for us and our potential clients currently, and the our quotes factor in all business taxes and expenses, as well as client needs. These rates also give greater transparency compared to hourly pricing, giving you a clear picture for budgeting through a set price that we calculate for you during our video meeting.
Is Distinguished Creative LLC hiring?
No and yes. Short term, we are not currently. Long term, we plan to as the business revenue increases and we grow as a business. Our website will feature an application section in the future when the time comes, so if you are interested, stay tuned!
